Milwaukee Area Technical College Foundation Hall
The Milwaukee Area Technical College Foundation Hall was originally built in 1930 as the former Kalmbach Publishing Building. Deterioration of the mortar joints along the top two floors lead to extensive damage to the Limestone Beltline. MRI was tasked with extensive tuckpointing, brick replacement, Lintel Replacement, in addition to the rebuilding the Limestone beltline.
