Years of incorrect sealant applications at the terra cotta parapets led to long term moisture infiltration that corroded 100% of the wall ties.  Masonry Restoration, Inc was hired to completely dismantle and rebuild all of the decorative  terra cotta parapets along with repointing of of the facade, concrete restoration and complete sealant replacement.
